This week is full of creative fun! Ages 8-12 will explore working with acrylic paint, pop-art influences and fun mediums.
From traditional methods to funky modern construction, this is a great way for students to learn building in 3 dimension. Creativity, story-telling, style, and design are all part of the fun of this class.

Don’t forget your sack lunch and drink- You will be moving and going the entire class with so much to do, you will want the energy!!

Claudia Hawkins will be the teaching artist for this course. Her many years of teaching experience, cool creativity and high energy make for a fabulously fun learning environment!
We will be using process and techniques based on Masters, Classical learning and multiple media discovery. Our mixed media (multi-arts) creating is skill-building and project- based learning that exposes children to drawing, painting, assemblage, and 3-d design with a focus on multiculturalism and world art. Students are invited to sign up for multiple weeks. Projects and skill sets vary week to week.
